[F7] a stretch for your neck
A quick stretching and loosening exercise for your neck, great for relieving tension.
How do I do it?
Start with your head in the centre of your body, looking forwards. Slowly bend your neck over to the right, hold for 10 seconds and then lift back up to centre. Slowly bend your neck over to the left, hold for 10 seconds and then lift back up to centre. Repeat.
How will this help my riding?
This helps to mobilise and loosen your neck muscles.
What does this exercise target?
The muscles in your neck and upper shoulders.
What should I be careful of?
Do this very slowly and carefully. It shouldn’t hurt - stop if you have any pain!
